Jones Lang LaSalle Relocates Chilean Operations to Isidora 3000 Tower in Las Condes

Firm moved to a brand new Class A office space

SANTIAGO, CHILE, April 11 2012 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that in order to keep up with the rapid pace of operation growth and local and regional demand it has relocated its corporate offices in Santiago, Chile to a larger facility. Jones Lang LaSalle moved to a the brand new office in a Class A mixed-use boutique building, Isidora 3000 Tower in Las Condes. Located in the heart of Las Condes, the Isidora 3000 Tower encompasses a W hotel, office, retail and residential space.

“The firm has been active in Chile for more than 10 years and in that time has developed a strong operational platform. Our new space will further our ability to service growing regional client demand,” said Rodrigo Millan, Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Chile.

In 2011 the country experienced a dynamic year as its economy was generally healthy with annual GDP growth above forecasted and unemployment rates falling.
